HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACHING 
Navigating the outer world is increasingly difficult in recent years. Mental health issues have become all too common for so many people. If you are experiencing any level of inner emotional turmoil, incessant thought chatter, intense anxiety, or a general dissatisfaction with life, it's important not to judge yourself. That is step one.

Whether you are navigating the complex waters of your life’s mission or dealing with everyday practical realities, the key is to bring forth the most empowered version of who you are in every moment. Easier said than done right? Longstanding psychological habits compounded by outer world challenges can seem to keep us stuck in a repeating pattern of behaviour that is stubbornly hard to shift. This frustrating dynamic is so pervasive that it is often referred to as the "Human Condition"; yet, as universal as these experiences are for humanity, your particular life situation is unique to you. And that turns out to be a good thing. . .

Not only are you unique as a human being, but your spiritual essence — the divine spark that oversees your personality construct at a higher level — is also 100% unique. This lofty spiritual essence is a tremendous source of innate power. As a sovereign being, that which you desire to bring forth already exists within you in some form. It is just waiting to be unearthed when the conditions are ripe to do so.

Accessing your innate spiritual potential inevitably requires that you shed some layers while transforming others. Even when you are fully committed to positive change, this transformative journey can at times be intense and emotionally triggering.  However, during so-called choice points (or moments of divine grace), you can accelerate the healing process by amplifying a different facet of who you are or believe yourself to be in that moment. How is this accomplished?

In my life path, I show up as a blend of scientist, healer, teacher, and counsellor who gently coaxes individuals into their authentic power. I do so through a combination of deep listening, empathic presence, and conversational mirroring.  Essentially, I can assist you to shift into a more empowered version of yourself . . . if you are ready and open to take that courageous leap.

ALPHA INDUCTION NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET: $125/session
During this 45 minute session, I will help you to harmonize and reprogram your autonomic nervous system using a unique Heart Coherence Breath-Based Alpha Induction process which is uniquely tailored to attain your desired goals and outcomes. The range of intended outcomes is limited only by your imagination and can include possibilities such as: physical and energetic healing, accelerated learning, emotional balancing, clearing subconscious programs, anxiety reduction, cognitive enhancement. While individual sessions feel grounding and calming in the moment, multiple RESET sessions are typically required to shift ingrained subconscious patterns or achieve a larger long-term goal.
